Alison Southern Ullom
I grew up in Granbury, Texas. Living in Granbury, I was raised to appreciate the importance of service, compassion, and good 'ole small town values. My parents had both homes for individuals with intellectual disabilities and a restaurant. I grew up living above the restaurant just around the corner from the square. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration, which I finished out with 24 hours in accounting classes. Prior to obtaining my real estate license, I was the chief financial officer (CFO) for Southern Concepts. I have two beautiful boys who are 15 and 16 and a fantastic husband, and we all still live at home in Granbury. In addition to real estate, I also serve in several community organizations: I am an ambassador for the chamber of commerce, a board member for the Lake Granbury Kiwanis, and I help with fundraising for the Granbury Opera House guild. I am blessed to be able to offer my clients the kind of expertise that only comes from being a hometown girl.
Residential Specialties
I enjoy assisting customers in finding the ideal home for their needs. Furthermore, nothing makes me happier than successfully assisting my clients in transitioning out of their current residence. My extensive knowledge of Granbury enables me to gain a competitive advantage when selling a home. I'm also capable of coming up with purchase ideas that my clients haven't considered.

We Are Ready To Help
My parents did not have the funds to pay for babysitters when I was growing up. As a consequence, I was taken to work with them. Growing up in a service-oriented industry helped fuel my desire to help others. I got into real estate because I absolutely loved looking at houses. I stayed in real estate because I discovered how much of it involved helping others. People-helping is such a broad term. What does it mean? That really is entirely subject to the circumstances.
My clients become like family to me, and each individual, like any family, has very different needs. Some of my clients need to call and vent at nine at night; somebody else requires assistance in donating furniture and items; yet others require support in loading or packing boxes; some even need a face-to-face call to view a property from hundreds of miles away. Every client has a distinct need that is unique to them. I work to discover and meet those necessities.
